摘要
报道了取代邻位羟基苯乙酮(Ⅰa—Ⅰe)与2-苯基-1,2,3-连三唑-4-甲酸缩合制得酚酯(Ⅱa—Ⅱe),Ⅱa—Ⅱe经重排得1,3-二酮化合物(Ⅲa—Ⅲe),Ⅲa—Ⅲe在本酸性催化条件下环化为2-位连杂环色酮(Ⅳa—Ⅳe),Ⅲa—Ⅲe分别与脲和硫脲缩合得到嘧啶酮Ⅴa—Ⅴe和Ⅵa—Ⅵe.
The preparation of five new 2 heterocyclic substituted chromones and of ten new related pyrimidinones is reported. Condensation of 2 hydroxy acetophenones Ⅰa Ⅰe with 2 phenyl 1,2,3 triazole 4 carboxylic acid followed by Baker Venkataraman rearrangement led to 1,3 diketones Ⅲa Ⅲe, which yielded chromones Ⅳa Ⅳe on dehydration and pyrimidinones Ⅴa Ⅴe on condensation with urea and thiourea respectively. Their structures were confirmed on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectral data.
