重轨万能连续轧制过程温度预报的数学模型

摘要 针对万能可逆连轧重轨轧制过程,选取了适用于轨形孔型、万能孔型轧制阶段合理的温度变化数学模型,编制了预报不同时刻重轨轨头、轨腰、轨底平均温度的计算程序。结果表明,轧制过程轨腰温度最高,轨头其次,轨底最低,轨头、轨腰、轨底温度的预报值与实测值的相比,误差分别为≤11.4℃、≤14.5℃和≤9.8℃。 According to universal reversing tandem rolling process of heavy rail, the calculated program to predict average temperature of heavy rail head, web and base at any point of time has been worked out with selected reasonable math models of rail temperature change in rail shape groove rolling and universal groove rolling stage. Results show that during rolling process the temperature of rail web is highest, that of rail head is second and the temperature of rail base is lowest ; as compared predict value with measured value of the temperature of rail head, rail web and rail base, the error is respectively ≤11.4 ℃, 414.5 ℃ and ≤9.8 ℃.
