摘要
目的评价5,7-二羟基双氢黄酮对糖尿病大鼠胃肠道功能的作用。方法采用链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病大鼠胃肠神经功能紊乱模型,予5,7-二羟基双氢黄酮1、3、9mg/kg灌胃,测定模型血糖、胃肠慢波电位、小肠壁内神经蛋白含量,并观察胃肠推进功能变化及胃肠对乙酰胆碱、阿托品敏感性的影响。结果双氢黄酮各剂量组胃肠慢波电位频率下降、胃肠推进功能提高、胃肠壁内神经蛋白含量增加。结论5,7-二羟基双氢黄酮可改善糖尿病导致的胃肠神经功能紊乱。
Objective To investigate the activity of pinocembrin on the stomach intestine function in diabetic rats.Methods Diabetic rat models were developed by injection of STZ,then were treated with pinocembrin in the dose of 1,3,9 mg/kg by intragastric administration.Blood glucose,slow wave in stomach intestine,contents of S100 in intestine,peristalsis and sensitivity of stomach intestine to Ach and artropine were observed.Results After the treatment of pinocembrin,the frequency of slow wave in stomach intestine decreased,the drive functions of the intestine improved,and the contents of S100 in intestine increased.Conlusion The pinocembrin can improve neurological disorder of stomach intestine in diabetes mellitus rats.
