鲍温样丘疹病16例临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析鲍温样丘疹病(BP)的临床特点,提高诊治水平。方法对16例BP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组平均年龄36.2岁,有不洁性接触史11例。皮损发于生殖器、肛周,为色素型大小不等的扁平丘疹或斑块。病理表现为角化过度、角化不全,棘层上皮增生明显,增生细胞大小不一、排列极性紊乱,部分核大深染,核质比增大,均未突破基底膜。9例中6例HPV16阳性,1例HPV6阳性。15例接受治疗,其中1例局部手术切除,14例激光治疗1~4次,随访3个月~2 a无复发。结论HPV与BP发生、发展关系密切,诊断应依据其临床特点和组织病理,较小的损害可保守治疗,较大的损害应手术切除并定期随访。
