TRICKS技术对锁骨下动脉盗血的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨时间分辨对比剂动态显像(TRICKS)技术对锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(SSS)的诊断价值。方法选择6例已证实的SSS患者,应用TRICKS技术行头颈部血管检查,动态观察血管强化过程,分析双侧椎动脉显影时间的差异。结果6例SSS患者的左侧锁骨下动脉近端起始部闭塞5例,右侧锁骨下动脉闭塞1例,患侧锁骨下动脉显影较对侧滞后1~3个时相。结论TRICKS技术是诊断SSS的有效方法。
