摘要 树突状细胞是体内功能最强的抗原递呈细胞,由树突状细胞激活的T淋巴细胞免疫在抗肿瘤过程中起着主导作用。树突状细胞在血液系统疾病免疫治疗方面应用的结果已显示出其有巨大的应用前景。本文就树突状细胞的生物学特征及其在血液病治疗中的应用予以综述。 Dendritic ceils(DCs) are the most powerful antigen-presenting cells in vivo. DC-aetivated T cell-mediated immunity plays a leading role in the anti-tumor process. DC has been applied in treatment of blood diseases. This article summarized biological characteristics of DCs and its application in treatment of blood diseases.
