玫瑰糠疹发病机制的研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 玫瑰糠疹是一种常见的急性炎症性皮肤病,典型皮损为覆有领圈状糠状鳞屑的玫瑰色斑疹,病程有自限性,发病机制至今尚未阐明。本文综合近年国内外研究资料,就淋巴细胞、朗汉斯细胞及一些细胞因子在玫瑰糠疹发病中的作用进行了综述,归纳了其可能的发病机制,即机体被细菌或病毒感染后,由朗汉斯细胞启动,活化淋巴细胞,产生细胞因子,导致机体发生迟发型变态反应。 Pityriasis rosoa is a frequent acute inflammatory cutaneous disease characterized by roseate macule. The pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea remains unknown. This paper reviewed the recent domestic and foreign researches,overviewed the effects of lympbecytes, Langerhans cells and some cytokines in the pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea, induced the possible pathogenesy, After the organism was infected by bacteria or viruses,initiated by the Langerhans cell, then activate the lymphecytes, generate cytokines, induce that the organism happen the delayed allergy.
