Progresses of Human Monkeypox about its Propagation and Detection

摘要 猴痘是一种由猴痘病毒引起的人畜共患的新发病毒性疾病。1970年在非洲首次发现人感染猴痘病毒。2003年通过国境口岸将患病动物传入美国,并发生美国人类猴痘暴发流行。本文就近年来对猴痘病毒人间传播病例的回顾性研究及检测方法进展作一综述。 Monkeypox is a new found zoonosis caused by monkeypox virus. The first case with infection of monkcypox virus was firstly found in Africa in 1970. This disease was transported into America by infected animals at border crossings in 2003 and then resuhs in the outbreak of this disease in America. This article reviews the retrospective study of this diseases about its propagation and detection in recent years.
