超声新技术——应变及应变率显像在心肌病心功能中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 超声心动图可无创评价心肌病的血流动力学变化及心功能状态,具有重要的临床价值。新近发展的超声新技术——应变及应变率(SR)显像能够鉴别心肌的主动运动与被动运动,定量分析心室运动的同步性及评估心肌纵向及径向的伸缩功能,在临床上具有广泛的运用趋势,从而为心肌病的评价提供了更先进的方法。本文阐述了应变及SR显像的原理,正常心肌的应变/SR及应变/SR在心肌病中的诊断价值。 Echocardiography could estimate the change of hemodyuamics and cardiac status about myoeardiopathy noninvasively,which has a significant value in clinic. In recent years a new ultrasonic technique called strain and strain rate imaging could discriminate myocardial active motion and passive motion, analyze heart ventricular motion quantitatively and evaluate fore-and-aft and radial stretching function about myocardium, which make it have wide tendency in clinical application and provide a more advanced method for estimating eardiomyopathy. This article described the principal of strain and stntin rate imaging,normal myocardial strain and strain rate and the diagnostic value of strain and strain rate in myocardiopathy.
