摘要
胃癌是临床最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,中医药疗法是本病的常用治疗手段。本文从临床和基础研究两方面总结了近年来胃癌的中医药治疗现状,包括胃癌的中医证型、辨证论治、有效方剂、中西医结合治疗及中医药抗胃癌效应机制等,并就中医药治疗和研究领域的问题和前景进行阐述。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in clinic, and Chinese medicine is extensively used in the treatment. This article summarizes the latest status quo of Chinese medicine treatment in gastric cancer on clinical and basical research,including traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome, syndrome differentiation and treatment, effective proscription, integrative medicine therapy and the mechanism of TCM in anti-gastric cancer,et al. The paper also describe the problems and prospect in Chinese medicine treatment and research.
