摘要
下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)是髋部手术的常见并发症,发生率较高。中医"治未病"作为一条基本原则,对于DVT的防治具有良好效果。本文对中医药理论指导下各方法,通过中药内服外用、练功疗法、机械疗法等3个方面予以综述。综合疗法较单一疗法有优越性。制定一项系统规范的中医药标准作为执行范本,是今后研究努力的方向。
Deep vein thrombosis（DVT） is a common complication after hip surgery, with high incidence ratio. Traditional Chinese medicine will have better preventive and therapeutic efficacy on DVT based on its principle of ＂guarding and curing diseases earlier＂ ,The article reviewed the therapy of DVT related to traditional Chinese medicines,such as oral medicine and extermal usage of medicine, ex- ercise threrapy, mechanical therapy and so on. Combined therapy is much better than single therapy. It is the study direction to establish the therapeutic standard of traditional chinese medicine.
