老年高血压患者疾病家庭负担状况及影响因素

Analysis for the Family Burden and Its Associated Factors in the Aged Patients with Hypertension

目的了解老年高血压患者疾病家庭负担状况及其影响因素,为临床老年高血压患者及其照顾者的整体护理提供实证依据。方法利用一般资料调查条目和疾病家庭负担量表,对老年高血压患者(116例)及其家属(116例)进行问卷调查。结果81.9%的老年高血压患者和86.2%家属认为存在不同程度的疾病家庭负担,其中阳性率最高的3个维度分别为:经济负担、家庭日常生活负担和家庭休闲娱乐负担。不同婚姻状况、并发症情况、付费方式及每月自付医疗费用不同的患者家庭负担间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职业及与患者关系不同的照顾者家庭负担间差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者疾病家庭负担较重,婚姻状况、并发症情况、付费方式、每月收入情况、照顾者职业、与患者关系是其影响因素。护理人员应提供有针对性的护理措施,减轻其负担。

Objective To study the family burden and its associated factors in the aged patients with hypertension, and to offer the sthenia syndrome evidence for the aged patients with hypertension and their main caregivers Methods Cluster sampling method was applied to investigate 232 the aged patients with hypertension and their main caregivers, by baseline characteristics and Family Burden Scale of Disease Questionaire. Results Positive answer frequencies of the Family Burden Scale＇s score was 81.9% in the aged patients with hypertension and 86.2% in the main caregivers,According to the descending order,the positive answer of three dimensions were as follows： economic burden （77. 6% ）, the influence on daily life （54.3 % ） ,family entertainments （37.9%）. Conclusion The multiple linear regression analysis identified： the state of marriage, complication, the medical expenses, the monthly incorre, the occupation of the caregivers and the relationship with patients are the influential factors on family burden, nurses should pay more attention on the family burden and its associated factors in the aged patients with hypertension, suppling special nursing intervention to reduce the burdens of the caregivers.
