摘要
利用稀释平板法从曲样中分离获得3株霉菌:1#、2#和3#,对其形态观察和Biolog微生物系统鉴定,确定3株菌分别为:1#菌为栖土曲霉(Aspergillus terricola Marchal),2#菌为寄生曲霉(Aspergillus parasiticus Speare),3#菌为杂色曲霉(Aspergillus versicolor)。各菌种对Biolog96孔碳源利用有显著差异,同一菌种不同时间对Biolog96孔碳源利用也有差异,分析得出曲霉主要利用D-核糖、D-木糖。
Three Aspergillus strains including l#, 2 #and 3# were isolated from starter single colony samples by dilution-plate method. The three strains were identified as Aspergillus terricola Marcha (1# strain), Aspergillus parasiticus Speare (2# strain), and Aspergillus versicolor (3#strain) by Biolog microbe system identification and morphologic observation. All the obtained strains must be under cool and dry storage. There was evident significance in the use of Biolog96 porous carbon source for different strains and for the same strains at different time. The analytic results showed that Aspergillus mainly used D-ribose and D-xylose.
