利用本地的天然资源优势,以优质基酒、山花蜜、山药粉、蜂王浆、伊犁枸杞为原料,开发研制一种新型的具有营养功能的营养型白酒,该白酒具有天然营养物中的营养成分,并具有常规优质白酒应有的风味,无色(或微黄)透明,香气自然,口味醇厚绵甜,具有良好的发展前景。
A new-type nutrition liquor with healthcare functions has been developed successfully by use of local natural resources with quality base liquor, mountain blossom honey, yams powder, bee milk, and Yili wolfoerry as raw materials. The liquor has rich nutritional components and it is colorless with natural aroma and mellow and soft taste. Accordingly, such liquor has flavorable development prospect.
