膨润土颗粒吸附剂的制备及废水中铅离子的处理研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过振荡吸附实验,研究了膨润土颗粒吸附材料的制备方法及颗粒吸附材料在含铅离子废水中的吸附特性。结果表明,颗粒化的最佳条件为:膨润土颗粒粒径2mm,焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间1h。在温度25℃、pH值为6、Pb2+初始浓度为50mg/L、吸附剂用量为8g/L、吸附时间为60min时,吸附剂对废水中Pb2+的吸附去除率达90%以上,吸附剂对Pb2+的吸附符合Langmuir吸附方程。 With oscillating adsorption experiment, the preparation methord of bentonite granulated absorbent and in lead- containing solution were discussed. The result indicated that the optimum condition of preparing particle adsorbent was the grain diameter of bentonite by roasting at a temperature of 550 ℃ for lh. Using bentonite granulated absorbent to treat wastewater containing 50 mg/L Pb2+ , when the adsorption time was lh,the pH value was 6.0,the dosage of the adsorbent was 8g/L,the average removal rate of Pb2+ was 90% .The absorbent to absorb Pb2+ can fit the Langmuir isotherm model excellently.
