Analysis on Investment and Financing of Tourism in Xiangxi

阐述了湘西旅游投融资情况和效果,总结了目前湘西旅游投融资具有政府主导、企业主导、村民自筹资金、政企合作、政企和社区合作等模式,分析了湘西旅游投融资中存在的问题,提出应注意转变政府职能、强化市场和政策引导、大力招商引资、加强投资管理等发展建议。

This paper firstly introduced the investment and financing of tourism in Xiangxi and its effectiveness, then summed up five model, that were government - oriented, enterprise - oriented, villagers self- financing, government - enterprise cooperation, cooperation between government or enterprise and community. After that analyzed the existing problem of X.iangxi tourism investment and financing. Finally, this paper put forward developmental strategies, such as the transformation of government function, strengthening the market and policy guidance, enhancing investment, and strengthening the investment management.
