传统保健疗法——艾灸对运动大鼠血睾酮、胰岛素及部分血清酶影响的实验研究

Traditional health care treatment—Effect of moxibustion on blood testosterone,insulin and some seroenzyme of rats in exercise

艾灸作为我国中医学和养生学中的一枝奇葩,有其独特的治疗和保健作用。为探讨艾灸对运动训练大鼠血睾酮、胰岛素、部分血清酶的影响,测定训练大鼠血睾酮、胰岛素、部分血清酶等指标。结果显示,艾灸可有效降低由于运动造成的T值下降;可以抑制运动造成的胰岛素水平升高;能够明显降低艾灸大鼠LDH、CK含量,对细胞膜具有保护作用;降低AST、ALT水平,对肝脏有较强的保护作用。提示,在竞技体育日常训练中,艾灸可作为常用的培补手段。

The moxibustion as traditional Chinese medicine has a wonderful effect of keeping in good health with its unique treatment and function of health care. In order to probe into the effect of moxibustion on blood testosterone, insulin and some seroenzyme of rats in exercise, it tested those indices. It has been shown that the moxibustion can reduce T value caused by exercise effectively; it can inhibit the insulin level caused by exercise; it can obviously reduce and the content of LDH and CK, having a protective effect on the cell membrane; it can reduce AST and ALT level, having a stronger protective effect on the liver. It is hinted that the moxibustion can be commonly used as complementing means in athletic sports training.
