广东省高校高水平运动队建设现状与发展对策研究

Present situation and development countermeasure of the construction of high level sports team in Guangdong universities

采用文献资料、调查、数理统计等方法,对广东省高校高水平运动队的建设现状进行调查研究。对参加广东省第7届大运会田径男女甲组、乙A组、乙B组达到国家一级、运动健将、国际运动健将等标准的运动员及各高校田径项目设置方面的统计数据显示:广东省高校优势项目设置重复现象较严重,训练效益低下,达到运动健将、国际运动健将标准的运动员大多数来自专业队,造成高校竞技体育资源浪费。针对广东省高校高水平运动队建设在经济、社会和文化等方面产生的负面作用,提出相应的对策供参有关职能部门参考。

With literature, survey statistics, etc, it studied the effects from Guangdong universities high - level sports teams construction and development. Under the promise of affirming all the achievements that have been made,it has made statistics on two aspects. One is about the athletes, who took part in the track and field of the seventh Universidad in Guangdong province, and reached the standards of the National First Level, Master of Sports, International Master of Sports and so on. Another is about the college track and field events settings. As the statistics show： the athletes who achieved the titles of Master of Sports and International Master of Sports are mostly from the professional teams, of The advantage events settings in Guangdong tmiversities is rather serious and the training efficiency is quite low. All of these cause a waste of competitive sports rosources. So, it is necessary to study the effects of the construction of Guangdong universities high- level sports teams on economic social and cultural aspects, etc; and this study can also provide referonce for us to make appropriate strategies for the sports teams sustainable development.
