Review on the research into the function of farmer workers

农民工作用问题是社会各界关注和研究的热点,近年来理论与实务界对此进行了深入的探讨并取得了丰硕的成果。针对近几年来有关农民工作用的研究状况进行了分析,在对这些成果进行系统总结的基础上,简要评析了总体研究现状,并指出当前亟待进行深入研究的问题,以期为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。

The function of farmer workers is a hot point of social concern and research. In recent years, much achievement in research into has been made in theory field and in practice. This paper, on the basis of summarizing the achievements, reviews the research sta- tus quo in order to provide reference for further research.
