摘要
采用动态光散射、原子吸收光谱等方法对水溶性酚醛交联部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(Resol—HPAM)凝胶体系的耐盐老化性进行了研究,测定了Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Na^+环境中凝胶的黏度、离子络合浓度及流体力学半径的变化情况。结果表明,与HPAM凝胶相比,Resol—HPAM凝胶的高温耐盐性有所提高;盐离子对凝胶体系稳定性的影响由强至弱依次为Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Na^+;老化时间为5~20d时,Resol—HPAM凝胶与Mg^2+的络合程度在14%~26%内变化,与Ca^2+的络合程度则在22%-40%内变化;丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸(AM—AA)低相对分子质量齐聚物可使Resol—HPAM凝胶的离子络合程度降低至约10%。
The salt resistance of resol crosslinking partial hydrolytic polyacrylamide ( Resol - HPAM) was studied by dynamic light scattering and atomic absorption spectrometry. The viscosity of Resol - HPAM gel, the hydrodynamic radius and ion complex concentration were measured in the presence of Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , Na^+. The results showed that compared with HPAM gel, the salt resistance of Resol - HPAM was improved. The stabilization of the gel system decreased in the complex order of Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ concentration with ,Na^+ . The Mg^2+ Resol - HPAM changed from 14% concentration from to 26% and Ca^2+ ion complex 22% to 40% when the aging time was 5 - 20 d. After the acrylamide - acrylic acid(AM- AA) oligomer with low relative molecular mass was added,the ion complexation concentration of Resol- HPAM gel could reduce to 10%.
