摘要
在销售过程中,因电精煤水分含量约定不明是造成亏吨争议的原因,提出了按照大于等于8%的比例,控制山西焦煤集团电精煤产品的水分含量。指出,约定电精煤的水分含量既有利于促进生产单位对产品质量的控制,又有利于电厂降低成本,且能够保证电精煤市场份额,维护煤炭产品信誉。
In this paper, we propose a new agreement to control the moisture content in steam clean coal, which is no less than 8 %. This new agreement provides a better quality control, reduces the cost of plants, ensures the power coal market share, and keeps good credit of coal companies.
