摘要
叙述了2008年晋中市节能降耗取得的成效。指出,为实现"十一五"节能降耗目标,采取了健全能耗统计制度、创新能源调查方法、强化统计基础工作、提升统计能力建设、建立统计监测制度、提高统计服务水平等措施,有力地推动了全市节能降耗工作的顺利开展。
Encouraging by the ＂11th five-year plan＂, great energy saving has been accomplished in Jinzhong, 2008. To achieve this result, we improved the system of energy consumption statistics, invented new surveys for energy consumption, and established monitoring system for statistics.
