浅析阳泉市实现“十一五”节能目标的艰巨性

On the Difficulty of Realizing Energy-Saving Goal in"11th five-year plan" in Yangquan City

叙述了山西省阳泉市节能指标完成情况,分析了能耗降幅较低的原因,指出了当前节能工作存在的突出问题。针对存在的问题,提出了继续加大《节能法》及节能降耗工作的宣传力度、高度重视工业企业的节能降耗工作、重视技术创新、大力发展循环经济、完善和加强能源统计、监测和考核工作的建议。

Describes the 2008 Yangquan city energy saving effect and the difficulties and problems. Put forward for realizing the ＂11th five-year plan＂, the energy consumption goals, shall continue to increase the energy law of energy consumption and the propaganda work, attaches great importance to energy conservation and consumption reduction of industrial enterprises, pay attention to the technological innovation, develop circular economy, perfect and strict execution statistics, monitoring and evaluation system and countermeasures and suggestions.
