增效剂Tween 80对磷灰石浮选特性的影响

The Effect of Tween 80 Promoter on the Flotation Behaviour of Apatite

介绍了增效剂Ｔｗｅｅｎ８０对磷灰石浮选特性的影响规律。试验结果表明，当Ｔｗｅｅｎ８０用量为捕收剂Ｐｓ－５用量１０％时，具有最显著的增效作用；使用增效剂Ｔｗｅｅｎ８０可减少捕收剂Ｐｓ－５的用量，闭路试验最终精矿的品位和回收率分别提高２０７％和４２７％。

The affecting law of Tween 80 promoter on the flotation behaviour of apatite is described.The test results have shown that when the dosage of Tween 80 is one tenth of Ps 5 collector,the promoting function is the most remarkable and the application of Tween 80 promoter can reduce the dosage of Ps 5 collector.The grade and recovery of the final concentrate in the colsed test was improved by 2.07% and 4.27% respectively.
