道路交通伤害调查与信息化干预分析

The relationship between information-based intervention and vehicle accidents injury

目的探讨信息化干预与道路交通伤害的关系。方法对我院2004~2007年急诊科就诊道路交通伤害患者人数及受伤原因进行季度性统计分类，并将其结果反馈有关部门，同时通过交通部门、社会媒体、行政部门、学校等途径进行信息化干预，再将4年中道路交通伤害患者人数进行统计分析。结果4年内道路交通伤害发生率有明显差异（P〈0.05），呈逐年下降趋势，其中2004～2005年下降4．49％，2005～2006年下降22．38％，2006～2007年下降1．95％。结论通过伤害调查得到的数据进行统计并将之反馈给相关部门，对其工作进行指导性的建议，对减少交通类伤害的发生取得积极作用，这也是进行伤害调查与信息化干预达到的目的。

Objective Discuss the relationship between information-based intervention and vehicle accidents injury by means of reviewing the vehicle accidents from 2004 to 2007. Method Make the seasonal classification on the number of Vehicle Accidents injured people in vehicle accidents and reasons of accidents and report the results to the relevant institutions. Meanwhile, keep on information-based intervention by the channels of transportation department, mass media, administration department, schools, etc. Then, finish the statistical analysis on the overal injured people in vehi- cle accidents in the four years Vehicle Accidents Injury. Results The statistical proof-test showed that by means of active information-based intervention, the frequency rate of injury differed in these four years, which decreased year by year. The rate has decreased by 4.49% from 2004 to 2005, and by 22.38% from 2005 to 2006, and by 14. 95% from 2006 to 2007. Conclusion Advisory suggestions based on the statiscs to relevant departments has showed active influence on controlling vehicle accidents injury, which is also the final goal of having the injury statistical proof-test.
