摘要
关于兼性塘的大部分文献仅认为悬浮性微生物为基质去除的主要微生物.本文表明了在兼性塘的壁和底部生长的生物膜对基质去除的重要性.建立了表性塘中包含悬浮性和生物膜微生物的基质降解模型,利用该模型能够预测出水中生物化学需氧量(BOD5)。
This paper demonstrates the significance of biofilm biomes growing on the walls and bottom of facultative ponds on substrate utilization.A model for substrate utilization in facultative ponds which encompasses both suspended and biofilm biomass is proposed.The model was able to predict effluent biochemical,oxgen demand(BOD5)concentrations.
