按照温县城区地籍特点，从确权定界，布设平面控制网，测绘基本地籍图，测定界址点、界址线到量算与统计宗地面积，进行地籍调查技术流程的严密设计，选择了合理的权属调查与地籍测绘方法．为适应地籍数据的计算机管理，对温县城区有关的地籍信息进行抽象处理，确定数据的逻辑关系，从点、线、面三类要素着手建立地籍数据库的实体模型，并初步阐述了温县城区地籍管理系统的构成．

According to the cadastral features of the city proper of Wun county,it is considered from the viewpoints of dedermining authority and its boundary line,installing plane control net,surveying basic cadastre maps and boundary marker and boundary line to calculating and counting massif area,the cadastre investigation technological process is designed and the reasonable methods of the authority investigation and the cadastre surveying are selected.In order to meet the need of cadastre computer management,the cadastral information of the city proper of Wun county are abstractly dealt with,the data logic relationship is determined and the substance model of cadastre data warehouse is established in drop,line and extent factors,the composition of the cadastre management system in the city proper of Wun county is briefly stated.
