The Harmony View in SU Shi's Literary Thoughts

苏轼一生文学创作经验丰富,精通各种艺术形式。受中国传统哲学中和谐思想影响,苏轼在文艺创作与理论中表现出对和谐美的自觉追求,主要表现为如下三个方面:文理自然,华实相副,重视内容与形式的完美统一;姿态横生,和而不同,提倡艺术手法与风格的多样化;胸有成竹,诗画合一,讲求艺术的形、神、理相一致。

SU Shi was rich in creation experience and good at various artistic forms. Influenced by the harmony thought of traditional philosophy of China, Su displayed in his art creation and theories his spontaneous pursuit of harmonious beauty, which is shown as the following three aspects： natural unity and coherence in writing and emphasis on the perfect unification of content and form; abundance in varieties advocation of diversity of artistic styles; combination of poems and paintings and harmony of form, spirit and truth of art.
