摘要
用包络法导出了内齿轮的齿形方程,对压力角、曲率、拐点、顶切进行了详细分析,并给出了计算公式.提出了活齿与内齿轮的接触既有凸凸接触,又有凸凹接触;提出了顶切有利于减速器效率的提高,在保证齿顶强度和最小重合度条件下,允许一定量顶切.
The equabions on tooth shape of internal gear by means of envelope method is derived and the pressure angle、inflection point、curvature、topcut are analysised in detail.Therefore the formulas are given.It is considered that the contact between movable gear and internal gear is both convex convex and convex concave and the topcut is advantageous for raising effciency.Under ensuring intensity of top of gear and minimum overlap coefficient,the topcut of fixed quantity will be allowed.
