RP-HPLC法测定生脉软胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量

Determination of schizandrin in shengmai elastic capsule by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法（HPLc）测定生脉软胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量。方法CLC-ODSC18色谱柱150mm×4．6mm，以甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相，检测波长254am。结果五味子醇甲在进样0．1584～1．584μg范围内线性关系良好；平均回收率为98．47％（RSD=1．64％，n=6）。结论本方法灵敏、准确、重现性好，可以用于生脉软胶囊的质量控制。

Aim To determine the content of schizandrin in Shengmai elastic capsule by RP-HPLC. Method A CLC-ODS ClS column was used with a mixture of methanol and water（65：35 ） as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results The meth- od proved to be linear over the range from 0. 1584 to 1. 584 μg for schizandrin. The average recovery was 98.47% （ RSD = 1.64% ,n = 6）. Conclusions The method appears simple, reliable accurate can be used for the quality control of the herb.
