摘要
目的探讨高频超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对经过病理证实的35个乳腺良性肿块和17个恶性肿块的高频超声声像图进行回顾性分析。结果恶性肿块主要表现为形态不规则、边界不清、内部回声不均匀、内有微小钙化,部分后方有衰减,7例(7/17,41.2%)伴有同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大。良性肿块的特点有:形态规则,边缘光整,内部回声均匀,后方无衰减。结论高频超声对乳腺肿块的检出率高,其声像图特征对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。
Aim To evaluate the diagnostic values of high frenqueney ultrasonography on breast neoplasms. Methods 35 eases with breast benigh tumors and 17 eases with breast malignant tumors identified by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Most of the malig- nant tumors were with irregular shapes, indistinct border, irregular inside echoes. The isolateral axillary lymph nodes in 7 eases were en- larged. Most of the benigh tumors appeared as regular shape, smooth edges, homogeneous internal echoes, no rear attenuation. Conclusions The high frenquency ultrasonography possesss clinical practical value to get a high accurate diagnostic rate on breast neoplasms.
