2006年～2008年我院癌症患者三阶梯止痛药利用分析

Three-stage analgestics used in patients with cancer

目的调查该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛药的应用现状和趋势。方法对2006年～2008年该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度均逐年增加；吗啡类制剂逐渐成为癌症止痛药的主流；缓控释制剂价格偏高。结论该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛治疗趋于合理，建议进一步加强癌症患者三阶梯止痛宣传，合理调控价格。

Aim To evaluate the status quo and tendency of three-stage analgestics for patients with cancer in Tonging Municipal Hospi- tal. Methods The use of three-stage analgestics for patients with cancer during the period from 2006 to 2008 in this hospital was ana- lyzed statastically il repect to consumption sum, DDDs and average daily costc, etc. Results The consumption sum and DDDs of three - stage analgetics increased year by year, of which,morphine and related drugs had gradually dominated the first places. The prices of sus- tained and controlled release preparations were high. Conclusions The use of three-stage analgestics for patients with cancer in our hos- pital is rational on the whole, yet the application of three-stage analgestic therapy for pain relief in cancer patients should be further publi- cized.
