摘要
在不同温度环境下,利用MTS材料试验机,采用中等应变速率(1/s),对玻璃布-环氧层板实施了冲击拉伸实验,测试了该材料在不同温度、不同应变速率下的应力应变曲线,确定了杨氏模量、拉伸强度和泊松比等力学参数。实验结果表明,玻璃布-环氧层板具有明显的应变率、温度效应;在室温以上温度环境下,该层板具有动态韧性。还分析讨论了复合材料拉伸试样设计的一些主要问题,给出哑铃形试样结合粘贴加强片和销钉拉伸的复合材料拉伸试样设计方法。
Impact tensile experiments of glasscloth/epoxy laminates under different temperatures are carried out. The curves of stressstrain have been measured.The Young's modulus, tensile strength and Poisson's ratio of the laminates have been obtained. The experiment results show that the dynamic response of the laminates is clearly dependent upon temperatures and strain rates and there exists dynamic toughness in the laminates. A design method of tensile sample of composite laminates has been reported.
