HPLC法测定补肾强身片中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of icariine in bushen qiangshen tablets by HPLC

目的建立补肾强身片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱：Kromasil C18柱，流动相：乙腈-水（28：72），流速：1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长：270nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0．11216～1．1216μg之间线性关系良好，r=0．9999；平均加样回收率为98．6％，（n=6，RSD=0．61％）。结论试验表明，该方法操作简单，分离效果好，重复性好，可以用于补肾强身片的质量控制。

Aim A HPLC method was established for the determination of ieariin in Bushen Qiangshen Tablets. Methods A Kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water（ 28： 72）. The flow rate was 1. 0ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 27Ohm. Results The linear range was 0. 112 16 - 1. 121 6μg （ r = 0. 999 8 ） and average recovery was 98.6% （ n = 6, RSD = 0. 61% ）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for routine quality control of Bushen Qiang- shen tablets
