HPLC法测定清肺饮中哈巴俄苷的含量

Determination of harpagosid in qingfeiyin by HPLC

目的建立清肺饮的质量控制方法。用HPLC法测定清肺饮中哈巴俄苷的含量。方法采用SinochromODS C18柱，以乙腈-水梯度洗脱；流速为1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为278nm。结果哈巴俄苷在12．37～61．85mg·L^-1．范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999；平均加样回收率为98．42％，RSD为1．23％（n=5）。结论本法专属性强，准确度高，重现性好，可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Aim A method was established for the determination of harpagosid in qingfeiyin by HPLC. Method The separation was performed on SinochromODS C18 column, The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water solution in linear gradient elution. The detection wave- length was 238 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. Result The linear range of harpagosid was from 12.37 - 61.85 mg· L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 97.86%, and RSD was 1.42 % （ n = 5）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of qingfeiyin.
