HPLC法测定速效心痛滴丸中丹皮酚的含量

Determination of coganin in yunkang syrup by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定速效心痛滴丸中丹皮酚的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5 μm）；流动相为甲醇-0．1％的三氟乙酸水溶液（70：30）；流速为1ml·min^-1；检测波长273nm。结果丹皮酚进样量在7．78125～249mg·L^-1之间呈良好的线性关系（r=1．0000），平均加样回收率为100．05％，RSD为1．13％（n=6）。结论本方法操作简单、快速，可以作为速效心痛滴丸的含量测定方法。

Aim A method was established for determination the content of Paeonol in suoxiao xintong Pills by HPLC. Method Kromasil C 18 （ 250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.1% trifluoroacetic Acid （ 70：30 ） as mobile phase ; the flow rate being 1.0 ml ·min^-1 ; and the detection wavelength at 273 nm. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 7. 78125 - 249.00 mg · L^ -1 （ r = 1. 0000 ）, the average recovery was 100.05% （ RSD = 1.13 ）. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, And can be used for the quality control of suoxiao xintong Pills.
