摘要
目的探讨选择性动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科出血性疾病的价值。方法对12例妇产科出血性疾病采用经导管选择性动脉栓塞治疗,其中4例同时行血管介入化疗。结果12例患者经栓塞治疗后阴道流血显著减少并停止,成功率100%,未见严重并发症。结论经导管选择性动脉栓塞术是妇产科部分出血性疾病的安全有效的保守治疗措施。
Aim To investigate the value of selective arterial embolization treatment for the gynecologic hemorrhagic diseases. Method 12 patients with gynecologic hemorrhagic diseases were treated by transcatheter selective arterial embolization, among them, 4 patients used vascular interventional chemotherapy at the same time. Result vaginal bleeding of 12 patients significantly redused, then stopped after operation,successful rate is 100%. and no patients was showed severe complication. Conclusion transcatheter selective arterial embolization treatment is a safe and effective method of controling some gynecologic hemorrhagic diseases to conservative mangment
