双横臂独立悬挂主要零件有限元分析研究

摘要 在运用ADAMS软件对双横臂独立悬挂进行极限工况动力学仿真的基础上,运用ABAQUS软件对其主要承载零件下横臂与球头销进行有限元分析,并就其结果对零件进行了分析、改进与试验对比.此方法可作为此类零件分析的通用方法. Utilizing the software of ADAMS, the ultimate load case of short-long arm suspension is simulated and analyzed. Based on the results of dynamics, the strength of lower arm and spherical pin, which are the primary parts of short-long arm suspension, is calculated by means of Finite Element Method with the software of ABAQUS. According to the FEA results, we improve these parts design. It's a general approach for these parts analysis.
