摘要
列举了两种齿轮传动设计方法,一种是先按齿面接触疲劳强度设计,再校核齿根弯曲疲劳强度的方法;一种是分别按齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲疲劳强度进行计算的方法.并对两种设计方法所得齿轮的几何尺寸进行了比较.
In this paper,two types of gear drive design are enumerated.One is to calculate the contact fatigue strength of the gear tooth,and then to check the root bending fatigue strength of the gear tooth;The other is to calculate the gear tooth surface contact fatigue and root bending fatigue strength of the gear tooth respectively.Moreover,the geometry sizes of the gear wheel obtained by the two methods are compared.
