摘要
科学发展观第一要义是发展,我们不能因为害怕破坏生态而停止发展,也不能为了发展而破坏生态。必须坚定不移地推进我省经济社会发展的历史性跨越,必须毫不动摇地促进生态文明建设。
The first prerequisite of the scientific development concept is development. We can neither stop the development for fear that ecology be destroyed nor destroy the ecology for the development. We must unswervingly push forward the historic leap of the development of economic society in our province. We must unswervingly promote the eoustruction of ecological civilization.
