摘要
将Fe3+引入铝酸钙粉酸溶液的反应体系中,采用酸溶一步法制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC).探讨了PAFC制备的原料配比、投加量及反应时间等影响因素.当原料FeCl3.6H2O、铝酸钙粉和盐酸以300 mg、5 g及18 mL的对应比例配制,100℃水浴下反应120 min制得产物,其Al2O3含量为10.6%,Fe2O3含量为0.92%,碱基度为70.8%.用于模拟印染废水的处理,投加量为250 mg/L时,对废水的COD、色度、浊度的去除率分别达到75.7%、91.7%和95.8%.
Polymeric Aluminum Ferric Chloride (PAFC) was synthesized by introducing the Fe^3+ to calcium aluminate acid solution in one-step. The effect such as ratio of materials, dosage and reaction time were studied. When the FeCl3 · 6H20, calcium aluminate powder and hydrochloric acid were 300 mg, 5 g and 18 mL respectively, PAFC (A1203 10.6%, Fe2O3 0.92% ) was obtained under 100℃ in water bath after 120 min, and the base rate was 70.8%. During disposal of the simulation of printing and dyeing wastewater, when the dosage is 250 mg/L, the COD, color removal rate, turbidity removal rate were 75.7% ,91.7% and 95.8% respectively.
