关于地方政府绩效考核的数学模型

The Mathematical Model of Local Government's Achievement

政绩制度改革是政治体制的一个重要组成部分,而地方政府的绩效考核对于国家的政治体制改革更显其重要.本文运用模糊综合评判的方法建立了地方政府的绩效考核的数学模型,对地方政府的绩效考核给出了定量的评价方法,可为国家政治制度改革中的绩效考核提供定量的参考依据.

Government＇s achievement institution reform is a important part of political system, therefore, the check on local government＇ s achievement is significant for country＇ s politics system reform. In this paper, the mathematics model of local government＇s achievement check is set up by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, fixed quantity method of the comprehensive evaluation of government＇s achievement are given. It offers a quantity reference basic to the check of government＇ s achievement in China＇ s politics system reform.
