劳动力市场分割下农民工入城对城市就业的影响

Research on the Effect of Rural-Workers to City's Employment under Labor Market Segmentation

以我国劳动力市场分割为研究背景,根据社会调查以及1995-2007年12年的相关统计数据,文章分析了近年来农民工流动对城市就业的影响;概述了我国劳动力市场分割条件下农民工与城市工人的就业分布及工资情况。在此基础上用实证方法分析了农民工入城对城市就业的影响,经过对相关数据的计量分析,得出农民工涌入并不会严重影响城市就业,不应以低工资限制农民工进入城市就业,政府应制定合理的政策引导农村劳动力流动。

The article analyzes the effect of rural- workers＇ flowing on city＇s employment according to the labor market segmentation. In particular, the article summarizes the employment＇ s circumstance of rural - workers and city - workers under labor market segmentation, analyzes the actuality of city＇ employment and the factor of unemployment mte＇s increasing, and researches the rural- workers＇ actuality and wage＇s level based on the social research and statistic from 1995 to 2007. Then the article analyzes the effect of rural - workers＇ flowing on city＇s employment through the method of demonstration, using the data of the difference of rural- workers and city- workers and unemployment rate. The article＇s conclusion is that rural- workers＇ flowing doesn＇t affect the city＇s employment badly, limiting the rural- workers＇ inrushing through low wage can＇t deal with the problem of the employment of city, and the government should constitute logical policy to lead the floating of rural - workers.
