羽绒填充量与环境相对温湿度的相关性研究

Relative study of the weight changing of down & feather fillings in different temperature & humidity

利用恒温恒湿箱,设置不同温度与相对湿度的组合,以模拟环境中各种温湿度状况,并将羽绒填充料置于该恒温恒湿箱中进行处理.通过比较分析处理前后羽绒制品的质量大小变化,得出了环境中相对温湿度的变化对羽绒填充料质量影响的规律.为羽绒在国际贸易中确立质量检测的温湿度标准提供了参考,并为我国羽绒产品的出口提供技术支撑.

The temperature and the humidity have important effects on the downs and feathers. Using the boxes with constant temperature and humidity, and set different combinations of temperature and humidity to simulate the status of circumstance, then the samples of down and feather are placed in the boxes to test the relative temperature and hunidity. By analyzing the results, the rule of weight varation of the down and feather in different temperature and humidity is obtained. This will provide important reference for establishing the standard of weight testing of the down and feather fillings.
