摘要
以丰田电子开口机构为研究对象,在ADAMS软件中建立其虚拟样机模型;以平纹织物的开口形式,对综框运动规律进行运动学仿真分析与验证.此外,在柔性体基础上对该机构进行动力学仿真分析和频谱分析,并以此结果为依据对其结构进行改进,使改进后的开口装置能够在更高转速下正常工作.
Based on the study of the TOYOTA electronic shedding mechanism, Its virtual prototyping is set up by means of the ADAMS software, and the law of motion for heald frame is simulated and verified in the form of plain fabric. Besides, based on flexible body, the dynamic and frequency spectrum analysis for the mechanism is made, then its structure is improved by the results, and the improved mechanism can be operated normally at a high speed.
