总部经济发展中金融服务体系关键因素的实证研究——基于西安高新区

An empirical study of the key factors in the financial services system during the development of headquarter economy——Based on Xi′an high-tech zone

以西安高新区总部经济发展中的金融服务体系为主要研究对象,提出了金融服务体系的概念模型,构建了金融服务体系评价指标体系.用MATLAB软件的DEMATEL方法结合问卷对此金融服务体系的关键因素进行了实证分析.分析表明,金融中介机构处于体系的核心,政策制度、金融服务配套平台对服务体系水平提高意义重大.其中,非银行类金融机构、金融相关法律、银行类金融机构的发展程度决定服务体系的优劣,政府财政税收政策对服务体系影响较大,而资本市场发展较缓慢.

Taking the financial services system during the development of headquarter economy in Xi＇an High-Tech Zone as the main research subject, the concept of the financial services system model is put forward, the evaluation index system of the financial services system is built, combined the questionnaires and DEMATEL method, the empirical analysis to the key factors in the financial services system is made. The analysis shows that financial intermediaries are in the core of the system, policies and systems ,financial services supporting platform have great significance to improve the level of service system. Among them, the development level of the non-bank financial institutions, finance-related legal, banking financial institutions decide the merits of the service system, government＇s fiscal tax policy has a greater impact on the service system, and the capital market develops slowly.
