大学生职业锚的测量及其在职业生涯规划中的运用

Meterage of career anchor and exertion for college student′s career planning

通过对陕西省6所高校的450名大学生的职业锚问卷调查,测量了当前大学生职业锚的类型.分析不同性别、不同专业和不同年级的大学生职业锚特点.提出了运用职业锚类型和特点进行大学生职业生涯规划的思考和建议.

Through a questionnaire survey of 450 college students in six colleges and universities in Shaanxi province, the career anchor were measured. The characteristics of career anchors were analyzed in the different gender, different professions and different grades of college students , and the strategies and recommendations were made using career anchor types and characteristics for students career planning.
