摘要
运用正交设计的方法,探讨了亚麻/聚丙烯纤维复合材料的制备工艺.对不同模压温度和不同亚麻纤维含量的复合材料进行比较,分析模压温度和增强纤维含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,确定最佳模压温度及最佳混合比,为发展环保型复合材料提供了理论和实验依据.
By using orthogonal design, preparation processing of the flax/polypropylene fibers composites are discussed. The mechanical properties of samples with different molded temperature and flax fiber contents are investigated by comparing kinds of composites with molded temperature and fiber - reinforced contents, then the fight molded temperature and the best blending ratio are determined. It provids the theoretical and experimental basis for the development trends of environment composite.
