摘要
本文叙述了企业文化的定义、内涵以及在中国现在大的环境背景下,如何将企业文化融入电视台的管理之中,使之能够在继承本企业文化精髓的同时,结合电视行业的运作规律,提升企业电视台的管理水平、节目质量和经济效益,从而提升电视台的整体形象和社会地位,更好的为员工家属服务,为社会服务。
This paper describes the definition of enterprise culture and its connotation. The author expound that in the context of the whole China, how to merge the corporate culture into the management of television stations so as to enable them to inherit the essence of the corporate culture as well as enhance the management level of enterprise television stations, program quality and cost - effective according to the operation rule of the television industry , thereby enhancing the television overall image and social status, better serving the family members of employees and society.
