摘要
高等教育改革使得高校财务管理在办学中的地位和作用越来越突出。当前高校财务管理中存在不少问题,迫切要求高校财务管理从理念、目标到手段方法等各方面进行科学化、规范化改革,以确保学校安全运行和健康发展。
Financial management plays an important role in the reform of college education, but there exist some issues in the management and it necessary for universities to reform their ideas, targets and measures so as to guarantee their safe movement and heathy development.
